Can I set a higher extract box to get data whole extracted?

Question

When I get to the order-rows I get some trouble. Sometimes its one row, sometimes its several rows. Is it possible to get your program understand that order-rows are columns/fields that may or may not reoccur?

Solution

When you edit extract rule in A-PDF Data Extractor (free download here), you can set higher field box to make sure your multi-row data can be extracted.

Easy as below steps showing:

  1. Click "File->Add PDF File/ Add Folder" to add your files to the list;
  2. Select a Rule for Extraction: click "Add a new rule" icon to edit a rule based on your sample file, extract fields, drag the field to higher as the below image shows, then Save And Exit;

  4. Click "Options" to set output method and format, then click "Extract All" button to output data in spreadsheet.
